  • Yes. If Plan Management is included in your NDIS plan, there is no cost to you. It is funded separately by the NDIS and does not reduce the funding available for your supports and services.

  • Absolutely. If you're not happy with your current Plan Manager, or they're no longer providing the service, you can switch at any time. Our team will guide you through the process and make the transition as simple as possible.

  • Every situation is a little different, but once you've completed your Service Agreement, we'll begin the process straight away and keep you informed every step of the way.

  • Yes. Changing Plan Managers does not mean you need to change your support providers. You can continue working with the providers you know and trust.

  • Once you've signed up with GDS Plan Management, we'll guide you through the process and help organise the change. You won't have to navigate it on your own.

  • We understand how important timely payments are. Our team processes invoices promptly so your providers can be paid as quickly as possible.
